Ingredients:
- eggs - 2-3 pcs.
- salt - 1\3 tsp.
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- flour - 150 g
- milk - 500 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and flour.
2. Gradually pour in the milk, mixing well.
3. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
4. Heat the frying pan well. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the pan.
5. Fry the pancakes over high heat.
