Thin, versatile crepes with milk: how to make a successful dough without lumps

If you're looking for a versatile crepe recipe that's suitable for sweet and savory fillings, then you should definitely look into milk crepes. They are easy and quick to prepare. They have a very pleasant creamy flavor and are elastic, tender, and thin.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2-3 pcs.
  • salt - 1\3 tsp.
  • sugar - 2-3 tbsp.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • flour - 150 g
  • milk - 500 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Mix eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and flour.

2. Gradually pour in the milk, mixing well.

3. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.

4. Heat the frying pan well. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the pan.

5. Fry the pancakes over high heat.
