- milk - 500 ml.
- oil - 5 tbsp
- flour - 250-300 g
- boiling water - 150 ml.
Ingredients for the filling:
- condensed milk - 100 g
- coconut flakes - 50 g
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- cream cheese - 100 g
- coconut milk - 20 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar.
2. Add flour in parts and mix.
3. Add milk in parts and stir to avoid lumps.
4. Then add oil and boiling water.
5. Stir again and fry on both sides.
6. Beat everything for the filling and grease each pancake.
7. Roll up.
