Chef Valentyna Saienko shared on Instagram a recipe for boiling pancakes that are very tasty, elastic and do not tear, and 11 options for delicious fillings.
To make pancakes elastic, cooks advise adding oil to the dough.
But there are two ingredients that can completely ruin pancake batter: baking soda and baking powder!
Ingredients:
- Flour - 125 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Milk - 175 ml
- Boiling water - 175 ml
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - to taste
- Butter - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with sugar and salt, add milk, add flour and mix until smooth.
2. Next, add boiling water and vegetable oil and mix the batter again.
3. Heat a frying pan well, grease with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes.
