Homemade pancakes are the easiest dough dish to make, but they can often turn out badly. Cooks advise adding not only oil to the dough but also butter to make the pancakes thin but not torn.

Dough:
- milk – 500 ml
- flour – 190 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 35 g
- oil – 35 g
- butter – 35 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add eggs, salt, and sugar to 200 ml of milk, mix, add flour, and mix again to make the dough like thick sour cream.
2. Then pour more milk into the dough and mix.
3. Melt the butter, mix with the oil, and add to the dough, this will prevent the pancakes from tearing.
