Thin pancakes that don't tear apart: secrets of the perfect batter
Homemade pancakes often tear apart and the batter turns our lumpy. To make it perfect, cooks advise preparing adding warm milk and rice flour instead of wheat one.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious, thin pancakes made with rice flour and warm milk on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- sugar or sweetener to taste
- 200 ml of warm milk
- 30 g of starch
- 50 g of rice flour
- 10 ml of vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt and sugar to the eggs and mix well. Pour in the warm milk, add the starch, and mix until smooth.
2. Next, add the rice flour, mix well so that there are no lumps in the mass and pour in the oil. Mix again.
3. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
