Thin pancakes that do not tear: how to make lump-free dough
The secret to perfect thin pancakes that never tear is a well-made dough. It doesn't matter what kind of base it has: water, milk, or kefir. The most important thing is to prepare and combine the ingredients properly. In this case, the dough will not have lumps and will have a homogeneous consistency.
Food blogger Juliia Mikulich (yuliia_mikulich) shared a recipe for a successful milk-based dough for perfectly textured pancakes on her Instagram page
Ingredients:
- flour – 180 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- a pinch of salt
- eggs – 3 pcs
- sugar – 60 g
- vanilla sugar – 2 tsp
- butter – 60 g
- milk – 500 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour flour, salt, and baking powder into a deep bowl.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar separately until smooth.
3. Pour the eggs into the flour. Beat the mass with a mixer (or manually with a whisk) until a homogeneous thick dough.
4. Melt the butter and pour it into the dough, beat until smooth.
5. Then gradually pour in the milk and beat the dough until smooth.
6. Heat a frying pan, and grease it with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
