Thin pancakes made with seasonal vegetables: easy to prepare
You can even make thin pancakes from juicy seasonal vegetables. For the base you will need ordinary kefir, as well as flour. It is delicious served with cucumber sauce.

Ingredients:
- kefir - 200 ml.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 150 g
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- herbs
- potatoes - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with a whisk, add kefir, vegetable oil, salt, mix.
2. Add flour.
3. Grate the zucchini and potatoes into a small grater.
4. Add to the dough, stir.
5. Fry the pancakes on both sides on a griddle until golden.
6. Serve with cucumber sauce.

- cucumber - 1 pc.
- sour cream
- garlic - 4 cloves
- herbs
- salt
- black pepper
