Thin creamy pancakes on milk that turn out elastic and tasty: what you should add to the batter
Pancakes are a dish loved by everyone and can be an alternative to bread, buns and pies. They can be cooked with milk, yogurt, water or whey. For the filling you can use different products, from cottage cheese to meat.
Cook Victoria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, elastic creamy pancakes that will be very flavorful and tender.
Add cream and vegetable oil to the batter, they will give the pancakes elasticity.
Ingredients:
- milk - 500 ml
- cream 20-33% - 100 ml
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 70 g
- flour - 200-220 g
- vanilla extract or vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- salt - pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, add milk and mix.
2. Pour in all the flour, mix until smooth so there are no lumps.
3. Pour in the remaining milk, cream and vegetable oil and mix. Allow the dough to rest for 15-20 minutes. After this time you can add a little more milk and mix.
4. Bake the pancakes on a well heated griddle, greasing the griddle with oil if necessary.
You can use cottage cheese, berries, meat, cabbage, mushrooms for the filling.
