Thick starch-free homemade ketchup with peppers

Ketchup is one of the most popular sauces for meat, and it is often added to snacks when cooking canned food. It is worth noting that it can be made at home with peppers.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a very tasty and flavorful, and most importantly, thick ketchup made with tomatoes and sweet peppers.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 2 kg
- sweet peppers - 400 g
- onions - 300 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- coriander - 1/2 tsp.
- 9% vinegar - 1 tbsp
- dry garlic - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions. Cook until boiling and then for another 10 minutes.
2. Strain the cooked vegetables to remove any liquid. Then beat them with a blender until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and bring to a boil. Finally, add the spices, sugar and vinegar.
4. Pour the hot sauce into jars and close with lids.
