The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a very thick, flavorful, and delicious jam made from healthy billberries.
Ingredients:
- berries - 1 kg
- sugar - 1 kg
- thickener
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the berries, beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Pour the berry mixture into a saucepan, add the thickener, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Add sugar and bring to a boil again, cook for another 5-7 minutes.
4. Pour the hot jam into the jars and turn them upside down.
