Cherry jam is one of the most delicious preparations for the winter. You can make it by adding other berries, such as raspberries, currants, and blackberries.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious, flavorful, and thick cherry jam on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cherries - 1 kg
- sugar - 4 cups
Method of preparation:
1. Add a glass of sugar to the cherries and put on the fire, when it boils, cook for 5 minutes over high heat, then pour in a glass of sugar and cook, stirring constantly.
2. Then add another glass of sugar and cook, then another and bring to a boil, cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour the hot jam into jars and preserve it.
