Cottage cheese can be used to make delicious and light syrnyky, as well as dumplings, casseroles, and cheesecakes.

A cook shared a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with raisins and boiled pasta on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 100 g of pasta

Method of preparation:

1. Add the egg, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla to the cottage cheese and use a blender to beat all the ingredients until smooth.

2. Cook the pasta in boiling water until tender.

3. Add the raisins and cooked pasta to the curd mass. Mix all the ingredients until smooth, transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Serve hot or cold!
