Apple pies are a truly flavorful autumn dessert that is easy to prepare. The easiest of all the variants of such pies to prepare is a bulk pie. You just need to choose a good variety of apples and make a good dough.

Cook Valentyna Saienko shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious apple pie without any hassle, which will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 4-5 pcs.
  • Flour - 360 g
  • Butter (soft) - 160 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 200 g + 100 g for sprinkling
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • Nuts - 200 g
  • Cinnamon - 15 g

Method of preparation:⠀ 1.

1. Beat soft butter with sugar and add eggs one by one, beating well with a mixer each time.

2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add three times to the butter mixture. Flour, milk, flour, milk, flour. Whisking each time.

3. Peel and cut the apples into slices.

4. Put the nuts in a frying pan and fry. Mix with sugar and cinnamon.

5. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour, put a little dough, then apples, sprinkle with nuts with sugar and cinnamon and so on until you run out of ingredients.

6. Bake the cake for 40-60 minutes at 160°C.

Let the cake cool and cut into pieces.
