As it turned out, the bread should be soaked in milk beforehand, and the cutlets themselves should be baked with cream in the oven.

To make cutlets in cream, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cream
  • Hard cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the fillet and onion in a blender.

2. Add salt and pepper.

3. Soak the breadcrumbs in milk separately.

4. Grate the carrots and add to the minced meat.

5. Beat the bread with milk in a blender. Mix with the minced meat.

6. Add the crushed garlic.

7. Form balls and place in a baking dish.

8. Pour cream over the top. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

9. Sprinkle with cheese 2 minutes before cooking.
