  • plums - 1 kg
  • sugar - 1.5 kg
  • water - 3 tbsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the fruit.
  2. Peel apples and cut them into random pieces.

  4. Pour everything into a saucepan, add sugar and water.
  5. Stew on low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Blend with a blender.
  7. Bring to a boil.

  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • vanilla sugar - 1 packet
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp
  • butter - 200 g
  • sugar - 200 g

For the filling:

  • jelly
  • apples - 2-3 pcs

Method of preparation:

  1. For the dough, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Divide into smaller and larger halves.
  3. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Combine the jam with the chopped apples.
  5. After 30 minutes, place most of the dough in a baking dish, spread evenly, and place the filling.
  6. Grate the second part of the dough on a coarse grater, and pour the filling.
  7. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
