The secret of fluffy cheesecakes: how not to spoil the dish
There are few people who don't like cheesecakes. But not everyone can make them really appetizing, tender and fluffy. And it's not even about the proportions. Much attention should be paid to the shape and frying.
Julie.hiver shared the idea of hearty and attractive cheesecakes based on her grandmother's recipe on her Instagram page.
The food blogger notes that cheesecakes should never be squeezed. The balls spread out a bit under their own weight and thus turn out fluffy. They take a while to cook, so you need patience.
Recipe for fluffy cheesecakes
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 1 kg (dry, crumbly)
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- sugar - 4 tbsp
- salt - 0.5 tbsp
- vanilla sugar
- flour - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Mix everything, knead the dough.
- Form balls, roll in flour.
- Pour oil into a frying pan, heat well and reduce the heat to a minimum.
- Put the balls in the pan, fry on one side until golden brown, turn over, cover and fry on the other side until cooked.
