Ingredients:
- pita bread - 1 pc.
- turkey fillet - 300 g
- eggplant - 1 pc.
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 4 pcs.
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
Sauce:
- yogurt 10% - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- cilantro - 20 g
- ketchup - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- pepper - 1/3 tsp.
- Tabasco - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Marinate the meat with spices, and leave for about 30-50 minutes.
- Wash all the vegetables, cut the eggplant into slices like for grilling, season them well with salt and pepper, and put them on the grill. Cut the peppers into large pieces, sprinkle with a little oil, salt, and pepper, and put them on the grill.
- Put the well-marinated meat on the grill with the mushrooms and grill everything well.
- Sauce: Wash the cilantro and chop it well, mix the yogurt with ketchup, add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco, and mix well.
- Wash the tomatoes, and cut them in half. Remove the vegetables from the grill and peel the pepper. Cut the meat.
- Spread out the pita bread, and cut off the rough edges. Put some vegetables, meat, sauce, vegetables, and sauce again. Gently roll it up and put it on the grill for a few minutes.
