The perfect sauce for poultry made from apples and orange: Oleksandr Gromliuk shared an exclusive recipe
Sauce is the perfect complement to meat and fish dishes. It can perfectly reveal and give the dish a special flavor and aroma. The most important thing is to choose the right products and follow the exact proportions when cooking.
Oleksandr Hromliuk, a participant of the Hell's Kitchen reality TV show, shared with FoodOboz exclusively the recipe for the best poultry sauce, the main ingredients of which are oranges and apples.
Ingredients:
- Orange - 1.5 kg
- Apple - 500 g
- Water - 50 g
- Star anise - 2 stars
- Thyme - 3 sprigs
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the oranges and apples, cut them up, and place them in a vacuum bag.
2. Add the star anise and a little turmeric.
3. Be sure to pour water into the bag, vacuum seal, and put in the sous vide for 1 hour at 60 C.
4. Then remove all the orange, apple, and star anise seeds from the bag, then use a blender to blend until smooth.
It is better to use the finished sauce immediately, but you can also store it in the refrigerator, but not more than 24 hours.
