The perfect salmon recipe: an incredible combination of flavors that will bring pleasure
Of course, salmon itself is a very tasty and nutritious fish. To get a delicious dish, just throw a piece of salmon on the grill. But there is no limit to perfection. That's why there are so many interesting recipes for salmon.

Ingredients
- Salmon steaks - 2 pcs
- Juice of half an orange
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Hot chili flakes - 0.5 tsp
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Orange slices - 4 pcs
- Lemon - 2-3 slices
Ingredients for the sauce
- Butter - 20 gr
- Rosemary - a pinch
- Orange pulp - 1 pc
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Chili flakes - 0.5 tsp
- Starch - 1 tsp (diluted in 100 ml of cold water)
Method of preparation.
1. Wash and dry the steaks with a paper towel.
2. Cut the middle part with bones and cut the skin on one side to half.
3. Wrap the fish meat in a snail and tie it with culinary thread.
4. Mix soy sauce, honey, juice of half an orange and chili flakes.
5. Brush the sauce over the fish using a rosemary sprig as a brush. Then put it on the fish.
6. Put 2 slices of orange on the fish, the rest and the lemon next to the fish.
7. Put the fish on a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
8. At the end of the baking, remove the orange from the fish so that it becomes crusty.
Method of preparation of the sauce
1. Melt the butter.
2. Add the orange pulp and mix until smooth.
3. Add salt, sugar, chili and rosemary and cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling.
4. Add the starch and continue cooking until slightly thickened.
