The perfect salad dressings

Salad dressing is one of the most important ingredients in a dish. It is the dressing that can give the dish a special flavor and make it truly unique.

So, how to make the right dressing, and what are they?

PEANUT DRESSING

Ingredients:

peanut butter - 70 gr,

apple juice - 50 ml,

mustard - 20 gr,

vegetable oil - 15 ml,

salt - to taste,

ground pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

Mix peanut butter, apple juice, mustard, and sunflower oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

MUSTARD AND HONEY DRESSING

Ingredients:

honey - 2 tsp

mustard - 3 tsp,

olive oil - 120 ml,

salt to taste,

ground black pepper - to taste,

balsamic vinegar - 100 ml,

sugar - 1 tsp,

lemon juice - 2 tsp,

herbs - to taste,

Preparation:

Combine honey and mustard in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, add vegetable oil and lemon juice. Balance the flavor with sugar and salt, then add ground pepper. Mix everything again and add the chopped fresh herbs and garlic, which has been pressed.

SOUR CREAM DRESSING WITH GARLIC

Ingredients:

sour cream - 120 gr,

salt to taste,

sugar - 1 tsp,

green onions - to taste,

dill - to taste,

ground black pepper - to taste,

garlic - 2-3 cloves,

Preparation:

Wash and finely chop the greens. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Mix the greens with the garlic, and add sour cream, salt, sugar, and pepper. Mix everything properly.

YOGURT DRESSING WITH CUCUMBER

Ingredients:

fresh cucumber - 1-2 pcs,

garlic - 3-4 cloves,

yogurt - 250 ml,

lemon juice - 2 tsp,

salt - 0.5 tsp.

ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.

ground white pepper - 0.5 tsp.

dill - to taste.

Preparation:

Wash, peel, and chop the cucumber in a blender or grate it on a fine grater. Add salt, pepper and natural yogurt. Add chopped fresh dill and lemon juice. Mix everything properly.

CITRUS DRESSING

Ingredients:

oranges - 2-3 pcs,

wine vinegar - 60 ml,

honey - 3 tsp,

Dijon mustard - 3 tsp,

olive oil - 100 ml.

salt - to taste,

sugar - to taste,

ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

Wash the oranges, cut them in half, and squeeze the juice out. Add wine vinegar, salt, sugar, and honey. Mix everything properly. Now add olive oil and mix everything again. You can also use grapefruit for this dressing.

PAPRIKA DRESSING

Ingredients:

sweet paprika 2-3 tsp.

garlic - 2 cloves,

lemon juice - 60 ml,

wine vinegar - 60 ml,

sugar - 1 tsp,

salt to taste,

ground pepper - to taste,

dried herbs - to taste,

olive oil - 150 ml.

Dijon mustard - 2-3 tsp.

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the garlic passed through a press with wine vinegar and lemon juice. Add salt, sugar and ground pepper. Mix everything again, add olive oil and Dijon mustard.

DRESSING WITH SOY SAUCE AND LIME

Ingredients:

lime juice - 4 tbsp

lime zest - 3 tsp,

balsamic vinegar - 50 ml,

soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp,

honey - 1 tbsp,

salt to taste,

olive oil - 100 ml,

garlic - 3 cloves

cumin - 1 tsp.

ground pepper - 1 tsp.

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine the honey, garlic, and balsamic vinegar passed through a press. Mix everything, add the lime zest and lime juice. Mix everything again. Add soy sauce, salt, cumin, and ground pepper.

COCONUT DRESSING

Ingredients:

coconut milk - 100 ml,

garlic - 2 cloves,

fresh dill - a bunch,

sour cream - 150 ml,

salt to taste,

balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.

sugar - 0.5 tsp.

French mustard - 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

Combine coconut milk and sour cream in a bowl. Add the garlic and chopped fresh dill, passed through a press. Add salt, pepper, sugar, and French mustard. Mix everything properly.

AVOCADO DRESSING

Ingredients:

avocado - 1 pc,

wine vinegar - 50 ml,

lemon juice - 3 tbsp,

olive oil - 150 ml,

salt to taste

ground pepper - to taste.

sugar - 0.5 tsp.

Preparation:

Wash, peel, and chop the avocado with a blender. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and vinegar. Beat everything with a mixer.

GINGER AND YOGURT DRESSING

Ingredients:

yogurt - 150 ml,

ginger - 2 tsp.

orange - 1 pc,

salt to taste,

sugar - 1 tsp,

orange zest - 2 tsp,

herbs - to taste

Preparation:

Wash, peel, and grate the ginger on a fine grater. Add natural yogurt, salt, sugar, and the zest of one orange. Cut the orange in half, squeeze the juice out of it, and add it to the dressing. Mix everything properly and add chopped fresh herbs.
