1. Soft pizza dough, like in a pizzeria

Ingredients:

  • warm water - 200 ml
  • flour - 300 g
  • dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour warm water into a deep bowl, add sugar, and yeast, mix, and cover with cling film, leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add the sifted flour, salt, and oil.
  3. Knead the dough with your hands until it is elastic, cover with cling film or a towel and leave it for 30-40 minutes to "rise".

2. Live yeast dough

Ingredients:

  • water - 250 ml
  • flour - 500 g
  • live yeast - 25 g
  • olive oil - 20 g
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat the water, pour it into a bowl, crumble the yeast there, add sugar, and stir. Cover with cling film and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Sift the flour twice and add it to the bowl with the dough, pour in the olive oil, and salt, stir with a spoon, and then knead well with your hands.
  3. Put the dough into a large bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for about 40-50 minutes. The dough will increase several times.

3. Dough with olive oil and water

Ingredients:

  • flour - 250 g
  • water - 150 ml
  • dry yeast - 5 g
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tsp.
  • olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour so that it is saturated with oxygen. Add yeast, salt, sugar, and mix.
  2. Heat water, stir in olive oil, and pour this mixture into the flour, mix.
  3. Then, knead the dough well with your hands, put it in a large bowl, and cover it with a warm towel for 50 minutes to make it "fit" well.
