1. Soft pizza dough, like in a pizzeria
Ingredients:
- warm water - 200 ml
- flour - 300 g
- dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - 1.5 tsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- Pour warm water into a deep bowl, add sugar, and yeast, mix, and cover with cling film, leave for 10 minutes.
- Then add the sifted flour, salt, and oil.
- Knead the dough with your hands until it is elastic, cover with cling film or a towel and leave it for 30-40 minutes to "rise".
2. Live yeast dough
Ingredients:
- water - 250 ml
- flour - 500 g
- live yeast - 25 g
- olive oil - 20 g
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- Heat the water, pour it into a bowl, crumble the yeast there, add sugar, and stir. Cover with cling film and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Sift the flour twice and add it to the bowl with the dough, pour in the olive oil, and salt, stir with a spoon, and then knead well with your hands.
- Put the dough into a large bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for about 40-50 minutes. The dough will increase several times.
3. Dough with olive oil and water
Ingredients:
- flour - 250 g
- water - 150 ml
- dry yeast - 5 g
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Sift the flour so that it is saturated with oxygen. Add yeast, salt, sugar, and mix.
- Heat water, stir in olive oil, and pour this mixture into the flour, mix.
- Then, knead the dough well with your hands, put it in a large bowl, and cover it with a warm towel for 50 minutes to make it "fit" well.
