Ingredients:
- highly carbonated mineral water – 0.5 l
- kefir – 0.5 liters
- Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
- dry garlic, onion, ginger, and smoked paprika – 1/2 tsp each
- black and allspice – 5-7 peas each
- thyme – 2 sprigs
- bay leaf – 3 pieces
