The perfect flourless and sugar-free breakfast casserole: an easy recipe
The casserole is an ideal breakfast dish that can be made with different cheeses, as well as without flour, eggs, or milk. For the perfect texture, you can add semolina to the dough instead of flour.
Cook Oksana Pidhaina shared a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole without flour and sugar on Instagram, which would be an ideal breakfast option for children.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 500-600 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sweetener – to taste
- milk – 0.5 cups
- semolina – 3-4 tbsp
- raisins – 20 g
- vanilla – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cottage cheese in a blender, add semolina, milk, eggs, raisins, sweetener, vanilla, and beat until smooth, leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.
2. Put the dough in the mold and bake for 20 minutes at 170 C.
Serve the casserole with sour cream or jam!
