How to make dough for dumplings

1. Dough for dumplings in water
Ingredients:
- flour – 600 g
- cold water – 250-300 ml
- eggs – 1 pc.
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Sift the flour twice, make a well and add salt, add the egg, and start adding water, stirring the dough with a spoon at the same time.
- After the dough has "set," knead it with your hands; it should be elastic.
- Place it in a large bowl and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
2. Chouxpastry for homemade dumplings in boiling water
Ingredients:
- flour – 300 g
- boiling water – 250 ml
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- salt – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Sift the flour, and add the oil, boiling water, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough.
3. Dough for dumplings with warm milk
Ingredients:
- flour – 4 cups
- eggs – 1 pc
- milk – 1 cup
- oil – 1 tbsp
- salt – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Sift the flour twice, make a well in it, add the egg, salt, oil, and heat the milk well, knead the dough quickly, it should become elastic.
