1. Dough for dumplings in water

Ingredients:

  • flour – 600 g
  • cold water – 250-300 ml
  • eggs – 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour twice, make a well and add salt, add the egg, and start adding water, stirring the dough with a spoon at the same time.
  2. After the dough has "set," knead it with your hands; it should be elastic.
  3. Place it in a large bowl and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 300 g
  • boiling water – 250 ml
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour, and add the oil, boiling water, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough.

3. Dough for dumplings with warm milk

Ingredients:

  • flour – 4 cups
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • milk – 1 cup
  • oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour twice, make a well in it, add the egg, salt, oil, and heat the milk well, knead the dough quickly, it should become elastic.
