Dinner should always be very light and healthy, and 3-4 hours before bedtime, so as not to overload the stomach at night. It is best to avoid meat dishes, soups, and heavy casseroles in the evening, and limit yourself to vegetable salad or baked vegetables.

Ingredients:
- eggplant - 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- mozzarella - 60 g
- black olives - 30 g
- capers - 10 g
- olive oil - 30 g
Method of preparation:
- Cut the eggplant into rings, make a grid on them with a knife, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half, chop the olives as well.
- Put the eggplants in a baking dish, and top with tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, and capers.
- Put the dish in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 C.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with basil.
