The perfect choux pastry for puffy dumplings: they won't boil over

Dumplings are the simplest dishes that are very easy to prepare. And in order for them not to be "clogged" and hard, you need to make a good dough. One of these is choux pastry - it turns out to be elastic, does not stick to your hands and does not boil.
Food blogger Maria Khrypko (masha_hrypko_) shared a recipe for choux pastry for dumplings on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- water - 450 ml
- flour - 800 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt and oil to hot water. Stir until smooth.
2. Add flour and knead soft elastic dough first with a spoon, then continue to knead on a hard surface.
3. Afterwards, you can immediately make dumplings or wrap the dough in plastic wrap or a bag and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
