Ingredients:

  • flour - 400 g
  • salt - 5 g
  • vegetable oil - 25 ml
  • boiling water - 200 ml

1. Pour the flour and salt into a bowl.

2. Make a well in the flour and pour in boiling water.

3. Stir and add the oil.

4. Mix a little, pour it on a work surface and knead. The dough is hot, but it is quite comfortable to knead. The finished dough is soft and does not require additional flour.

5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or put it in a bag.

6. Leave to rest for 20 minutes and you can start making dumplings.
