The perfect berry dessert without baking: how to remove the jelly from the mold
The season of various berries simply calls for creative solutions and unusual recipes. If you have very little time to cook and everything you need is in the fridge, you should use a simple recipe for a summer dessert.
Blogger Yana Stanishevska posted the perfect recipe for berry jelly on her Instagram page. She also revealed a secret that will help you easily remove the frozen jelly from the mold.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of berries (any, can be a mix)
- 1 pack of berry jelly (raspberry jelly is used in this case)
- 20 g of gelatin
- 1 liter of milk
- 50 g of dark cocoa powder
- 70 ml of condensed milk
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the berries into the bottom of the mold and pour raspberry jelly (make it according to the instructions on the package), put in the refrigerator for an hour.
2. After an hour, dilute gelatin in warm milk, add cocoa and condensed milk, and mix everything.
3. Pour over the berry jelly (preferably through a sieve so that there are no lumps) and refrigerate again for two hours. The perfect summer dessert is ready.
The secret: to get the finished dessert out of the mold beautifully, just dip it in warm water for 5 seconds, and the jelly is very easy to get out by simply turning it over on a plate.
