How to prepare homemade pizza with thin dough
Pizza is the simplest, tastiest, most satisfying and fastest dough dish. It is often made with milk, kefir, and even water. Moreover, any product can be used for toppings - from meat and vegetables to seafood and cheeses.
Food blogger Kateryna shared a recipe for a successful, light water-based pizza dough that will be tasty and airy on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- warm water - 210 g
- wheat flour - 375 g
- fresh yeast - 30 g or dry - 11 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
For the filling:
- cream cheese - 30 g
- hard cheese - 30 g
- cheese with mold - 30 g
- mozzarella - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
2. Add sugar, salt and sifted flour and mix.
3. Knead it by hand, add oil and put it in a bowl. Leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 2 parts and shape the pizza with your hands.
5. Top with the cheese filling and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
