Chicken wings become especially tasty if you choose the right marinade for them. It can be made from absolutely simple ingredients, and the dish will be no less delicious than in famous fast food or cafes. This option is very budget-friendly and you can be sure of the quality of the product.

Ukrainian nutritionist nastyaa_stepanenko shared a simple idea for cooking chicken wings in marinade. It was posted on her Instagram page.

Recipe for wings in marinade

Ingredients:

  • chicken wings;
  • tomato paste;
  • lemon juice;

  • mustard in grains;
  • garlic;
  • spices to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the garlic, mix with three tablespoons of tomato paste.

2. Add lemon juice and mustard, soy sauce and spices if desired.

3. Brush each wing with the marinade and put into the mold.

4. Pour the remaining marinade on top.

5. Bake in a preheated oven until tender.

But the wings are delicious not only when marinated. They can also be very tasty in triple breading. The idea was shared by v.vanilinka on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • chicken wings - 10 pcs.
  • oil - 0.5-0.8 liters
  • salt and pepper

For breading:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • mineral water - 2 tbsp
  • dry baguette
  • flour

Method of preparation:

1. Divide the wing into joints and take 2 fleshy parts.

2. Divide each part of the wing, where the joint is smaller, and cut off with a knife.

3. Carefully cut the flesh away from the bone and lower it to the joint, turn the meat out so that the skin is inside the meat ball.

4. Season with salt and pepper and leave to marinate for an hour under the foil.

5. Prepare the breading: pour flour into a bowl, mix eggs with mineral water and salt in a glass. Grind the dry baguette in a blender to medium-sized crumbs.

6. Heat the oil in a deep saucepan.

7. Take each wing by the peeled part of the bone, dip it in flour, egg mixture and immediately in baguette crumbs.

8. Place in the heated oil.

9. Fry over medium heat until golden brown and put on a towel.

10. Place all wings in the oven for another 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
