Summer is a time for delicious berry pies, ice cream, refreshing drinks, light lunches, and dinners made from seasonal vegetables, fruits, and berries, which are abundant now, and are most useful in summer. One of them is blueberries, which are not only tasty and make quick and tasty dishes, but also a natural antioxidant.

TV presenter Oleksandra Kucherenko shared a recipe for a delicious and very successful blueberry pie on her Instagram.

Blueberry pie recipe


  • blueberries - 500 g
  • flour - 230 g
  • baking powder - 1, 5 tsp.
  • sugar - 240 g
  • semolina - 300 g
  • milk - 50 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • oil - 170 ml
  • kefir - 300 ml

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour well and wash the berries thoroughly, dry them.
  2. Pour the semolina with milk and leave to swell.
  3. Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt, add the vegetable oil, kefir, and sifted flour, and mix everything thoroughly.
  4. At the very end, add baking powder and semolina to this mixture and mix again.
  5. Take the best ceramic mold, do not grease it, pour the dough, add the berries, add the dough again, and top with the berries.
  6. Put it in the oven for 60 minutes at 170 C.
