Crepes Suzette is a full-fledged French dessert. The popular delicacy is made with crepes and orange sauce. The base is always thin and never tears. In addition, these crepes can be made with milk, water, and even cream.

Ingredients:
- milk – 350 ml
- 2 eggs
- sugar – 1 tbsp
- flour – 150 g
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- salt
For the sauce:
- fresh from 2 oranges
- zest from 2 oranges
- sugar – 4 tbsp
- cognac\liquor – 4 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
2. Add milk, flour and oil. Mix until smooth.
3. Fry the pancakes and place them on a plate in a triangle.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. To do this, combine sugar, fresh fruit, and zest. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Put the crepes in a frying pan. Stew them together with the sauce for about 3-4 minutes. If desired, you can add a little alcohol.
