Ingredients:

  • milk – 350 ml
  • 2 eggs
  • sugar – 1 tbsp
  • flour – 150 g
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt

For the sauce:

  • fresh from 2 oranges
  • zest from 2 oranges
  • sugar – 4 tbsp
  • cognac\liquor – 4 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt.

2. Add milk, flour and oil. Mix until smooth.

3. Fry the pancakes and place them on a plate in a triangle.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. To do this, combine sugar, fresh fruit, and zest. Cook for 5 minutes.
