The most delicious yeast-free pizza: how to prepare a low-calorie dish
Typically, pizza is made with yeast dough, which makes the base very soft and fluffy. But if you are on a diet and are afraid of extra calories, this is not a good option. However, it is quite possible to make pizza even without yeast.
The recipe for yeast-free pizza was shared by food blogger Yulia (cooking_by_y) on her culinary blog on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- flour - 350 gr.
- eggs - 2 pcs ⠀.
- milk - 120 ml ⠀
- salt - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Use the ingredients for the filling to your own taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with milk until smooth. ⠀
2. Add some sifted flour and salt. Mix well.
3. Add oil and gradually add the rest of the flour. Knead the dough and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and put on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
5. Form the sides, brush with ketchup, put the filling on top and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
