If you want to prepare delicious, healthy, and high-quality forshmak very quickly, all you need to do is choose fresh fish, cut it properly, and season it.

Nutritionist Olha Usenko shared a recipe for a delicious three-ingredient forshmak that you can prepare in 5 minutes on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • herring - 250 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • apple - 1 pc

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the herring very finely. You can also pass it through a meat grinder.

2. Boil the eggs and chop them finely.

3. Peel the apple and chop it finely.

4. Mix all the ingredients.

This forshmak is best served with bread.
