The most delicious spicy broth for dumplings
Dumplings have long been a favorite and familiar dish for many people. You can diversify them and give them a new flavor thanks to the broth. To do this, boil the dumplings in plain salted water and prepare the broth separately. This way it will retain its spicy notes and be much tastier.

Ingredients:
- dill
- garlic
- mustard
- ground black pepper
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the dill and pass the garlic through a press.
2. Combine the dill, garlic, mustard and pepper.
3. Pour the melted butter over.
4. Pour a little broth in which the dumplings were cooked.

Ingredients:
- minced meat - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- ground black pepper - to taste
- flour - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the onion and garlic in a blender.
2. Mix the prepared vegetables with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Form into balls.
3. Dip the resulting balls first in ice water, then in flour and beaten eggs, and finally in flour again.
4. Cook the dumplings in boiling water over high heat.
