Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious rustic potatoes on his YouTube channel, which you can cook in just 30 minutes in the oven (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 500 g
- Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Potatoes for the dish
- Sunflower oil – 2-3 tbsp
- Thyme – 2-3 sprigs
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes and boil them completely until half-cooked.
2. Then remove the potatoes from the pan and dry them with paper towels.
3. Then cut each potato into 4 pieces.

4. Transfer to a baking dish, pour 2-3 tbsp of sunflower oil, and put the potato pieces in 1 layer.
