You can diversify the usual buckwheat and turn it into a full-fledged dish thanks to the delicious pork gravy in tomato sauce. Although it is made with simple ingredients, it can complete the dish and give it not only a unique taste but also a unique look.

Ingredients:
- pork - 600 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp
- flour - 1 tbsp
- water - 250 ml
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pork into medium-sized cubes.
2. Fry them over high heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to roast well but without juice.
3. Cut the onion into half rings and grate the garlic. Add everything to the meat and fry for another 4 minutes, stirring.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. In a bowl, mix flour and water. Pour the resulting mass over the meat. The liquid should completely cover the pork.
6. Add tomato paste. Reduce the heat and simmer under the lid for about 30-40 minutes. The gravy should become thicker.
