Ingredients for the marinade:
- water - 4 liters
- salt - 6 tbsp
- sugar - 5 tbsp
- bay leaves - 5-6 pcs.
- peppercorns - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put horseradish leaves, dill, and 5-6 cloves of garlic on the bottom of 1 liter jar.
2. Add cucumbers.
3. Add 50 grams of 9% vinegar.
4. Pour the prepared marinade over.
5. Sterilize until the cucumbers change color.
6. Close with a lid and wrap.
