Oatmeal cookies are a dish familiar to everyone since childhood. They are still sold on store shelves, but, of course, they taste best when made at home with your own hands. It turned out to be not so difficult.
Food blogger Lisa Glinska shared a recipe for oatmeal cookies on Instagram. She claims that by following this recipe, the cookies will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and incredibly tasty and flavorful.

Ingredients
- Instant oatmeal - 100 g
- Flour - 100 gr
- Baking powder - 4 gr
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla sugar
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Sugar - 100 gr
- Butter 82% - 80 gr
Method of preparation
1.Combine the following: flour, oatmeal, baking powder, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and beat with a grinder until it becomes flour.

2. Pour into a bowl and add sugar, mix well.
3. Add the egg and melted butter and mix thoroughly again.
4. All the flour should be moistened, the dough is ready.

5. Divide the dough into nine equal parts.
6. Form balls of 50 grams, flatten them a little, and place them on a baking sheet with parchment.
7. Put the dough in a preheated oven to 180 degrees with convection for 15-16 minutes.
