Nuts with condensed milk is a flavor that many people have known since childhood. The recipe still remains relevant and is very easy to repeat at home.
One of the culinary blogs(maslyana_tm) on Instagram published a recipe for nuts with condensed milk, the dough for which is prepared with butter.
Ingredients:
- butter - 200 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 100 g
- baking powder - 5 g
- vanilla sugar - 8 g
- vegetable/ sunflower oil - 30 ml
- salt - 2 g
- flour - 500 g
- condensed milk (for the filling)
Method of preparation:
1. To make the dough, mix the melted butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and oil. Stir well.
2. Gradually add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Form the dough into small balls. Put them in a special greased mold and fry on each side for 1 minute.
4. Put condensed milk in each half of the nut. Fasten the two halves together.
