The peculiarity of this method of salting fish is that you need to cut it frozen.
Ingredients:
- Mackerel – 1 pc
- Salt –1 tsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Zest of one orange
- Orange juice – 1 tbsp
- Coriander – 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Gut the fish well, cut off the head, remove all the bones and make a fillet.
2. Grate the zest from the orange.
3. Add chopped garlic, salt, ground coriander, and orange juice.
4. Brush the fish fillets with this mixture and wrap them well in cling film.
5. Put the fish in the freezer for 12-15 hours.
6. Cut the finished fish frozen.
