The most delicious new potatoes with cheese in the oven: better than boiled
Fragrant new potatoes are a real taste of summer. Most often, the vegetable is simply boiled. But it will be much tastier to bake it with cheese.
The idea of cooking the most delicious new potatoes with cheese was published on the Instagram page of cook Olha Riabenko (olga riabenko). The dish is best eaten hot.
Ingredients:
- new potatoes - 1 kg.
- salt
- garlic - 2 cloves
- dill
- butter - 100 g
- butter
- cheese - 150 g (gouda, camembert, gorgonzola, edam, maasdam, emmental)
Method of preparation:
1. Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain and remove excess moisture with napkins.
3. Pour oil into the skillet and add butter.
4. Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.
5. Add chopped garlic and dill at the end.
6. Melt the cheese in a frying pan and pour over the potatoes when serving.
7. Eat immediately, before the cheese hardens.
