Food blogger Mila (milaisto ) shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious mushroom sauce with cream and cilantro, which will be a great addition to meat, potatoes, and various cereals.
Ingredients:
- Fresh champignons - 100 g
- Cream 33% - 200 ml
- Soy sauce - 15-30 ml
- Fresh cilantro - 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms well, dry them, and cut into thin slices.
2. Then fry the mushrooms over high heat, stirring constantly, for 5-6 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce to the pan, stir, and fry for about 1 minute.
4. Then gently pour in the cream, stir, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes over low heat.
5. Wash the cilantro, chop it very finely, and add to the sauce, mix thoroughly.
The finished sauce will be delicious both hot and cold.
