Meat rolls can be made with various fillings, such as mushrooms, garlic, and spices. To make it juicy, leave the meat to marinate for at least a few hours.

Ingredients:
- 1-1.5 kg of pork (I have tenderloin)
- seasoning for meat
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 teaspoons of mustard
- 400 g of champignon mushrooms
- 1 onion salt, pepper - to taste
- mixed herbs
- 100 g of hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. A piece of meat about one and a half kilograms, cut and slightly beat it.
2. Sprinkle the meat seasoning, grate 2 cloves of garlic and put the mustard on top. Rub all this on one side of the meat. Turn it over and repeat the same on the other side. Leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Meanwhile, chop and fry the mushrooms. When the excess water has evaporated, add the oil and chopped onion and fry until tender. Then add salt and pepper to taste and add the dried herbs, stir and fry for a few more minutes.
4. Put the mushrooms on the meat, then grated cheese and roll tightly into a roll, better to tie it with a thread for reliability.
5. Also wrap the roll in parchment and two sheets of foil. And put it in the oven preheated to 160 for about an hour and a half. Then turn it off and leave the meat to stand in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
