Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 400 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • carrots - 1-2 pcs
  • sour cream - 150 g
  • flour - 30 g
  • water - 150 ml
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet into pieces.

2. Fry the meat over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Grate the carrots and chop the onion.

4. Add the vegetables to the chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes and then add a little water.
