Ingredients:
- Flour – 200 g
- Sugar – 150 g
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Odorless sunflower oil – 150 g
- Zest of one medium lemon
- Baking powder – 2 tsp
Icing:
- Powdered sugar – 50 g
- Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mix sugar with lemon zest.
2. Add the eggs and oil and mix well.
3. Sift the flour, add the baking powder, and mix.
4. Grease a baking dish, and put the batter in the dish.
5. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 °C.
6. Frosting: mix powdered sugar and lemon juice, mix well to make it thick.
7. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and pour the icing on top.
