The most delicious kvass okroshka: how to prepare this seasonal cold soup

Cold okroshka with fresh vegetables is the perfect dish for the summer heat. Especially if all the ingredients are homemade. Kefir or whey is often chosen as the base. But if you don't like the milky taste, you can add kvass.
The idea of making cold kvass okroshka was published on the fayna_kitchen Instagram page. The taste is very spicy and fresh.
Ingredients:
- kvass
- sour cream
- boiled potatoes in their skin - 4-6 pcs
- boiled sausage (can be replaced with boiled chicken fillet, but still better with sausage) - 300 g
- hard-boiled eggs - 3-4 pcs
- radish - 5-7 pcs
- fresh cucumbers - 2 large
- fresh dill - 1 bunch
- fresh green onions - 1 bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Peel all ingredients except greens.
2. Cut into cubes like for an Olivier salad.
3. Chop the onion and dill.
3. Mix everything well and season with salt to taste.
4. Add kvass.
5. Add sour cream.
6. Stir again and leave to stand in the refrigerator.
