The most delicious flourless cottage cheese casserole with raisins in 30 minutes
If you have cottage cheese, which is a perishable product without refrigeration, you can make many delicious and satisfying dishes with it. Among them: cheesecakes, casseroles, and dumplings.
Chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious flourless cottage cheese casserole that you can make in just 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- sugar - 100 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- semolina - 40 g
- milk - 275 g
- cream 30% - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- raisins - 125 g
Method of preparation:
1. Whisk the cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina, milk, cream, and eggs into a homogeneous mixture with a whisk, leaving the mixture for 1 hour to swell.
2. Then thoroughly blend the mixture with an immersion blender to make it as liquid as sour cream.
3. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 5 minutes to swell.
4. Then add it to the dough, mix, and pour into the mold.
5. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 C.
