Ingredients (per 1 liter):
- cucumbers
- grain mustard - 2 tsp.
- sugar - 6 tsp.
- salt - 2 tsp.
- vinegar (9%) - 5 tbsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- dill or a mixture of Provence herbs for a richer flavor - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and soak the cucumbers for 2 hours.
2. After soaking, pour the marinade into the pan.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Sterilize the jars and lids.
5. Pour the marinade into the jars and close with the lids.
6. Turn over and wrap up.
7. Leave to cool completely.
