- cucumbers
- grain mustard - 2 tsp.
- sugar - 6 tsp.
- salt - 2 tsp.
- vinegar (9%) - 5 tbsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- dill or a mixture of Provence herbs for a richer flavor - 2 tbsp.
