Ingredients:
- bananas – 4-5 pcs
- ground almonds – 250 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- baking powder – 2 tsp
- coconut oil – 80 g
- small oatmeal – 1/2 cup
- liquid honey – 60 ml
- vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- cinnamon – 2 tsp
- walnuts – 1/2 cup
- chocolate or powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Grease muffin tins with oil or insert paper liners.
3. Toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Finely chop the finished nuts.
5. Slice the bananas and put them in a blender.
6. Add the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract, whisk.
7. In a separate bowl, combine the ground almonds, oatmeal, baking powder, and cinnamon and add the banana mixture, mix well.
8. Put the finished dough into the molds, place in a preheated oven, and cook for about 25-30 minutes.
9. Let them cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.
